We’ll meet on Zoom for a personalized session tailored to what you’re moving through. I guide you through Circular Connected Breath (continuous, connected breathing), a technique that helps the body feel safe enough to unwind and the subconscious feel safe enough to speak. When the breath stays moving, the mind stops gripping so tightly, and what’s been buried can finally rise to the surface and move through.
Breathwork has the power to support healing on every level: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. Not because something outside of us is fixing us, but because the breath helps us access the wisdom and healing already living within.
This practice creates an opening to consciously explore non-ordinary states of consciousness in a safe and intentional way. In that in-between space, the breath can help us move stuck energy, suppressed emotions, and unresolved pain that may have been stored in the body for years. As those layers begin to soften and release, space is created for true healing, deeper awareness, and transformation.
Through breathwork, we can reconnect with parts of ourselves we may have lost touch with. We may feel deep self-love, peace, joy, bliss, or even a profound sense of connection to something greater than ourselves. A remembering that we are not separate. That we are connected.
Tears may come. Laughter may rise. Unexpected emotions, memories, or sensations may surface as we move through layers of conscious and unconscious conditioning, old patterns, and protective behaviors. And through it all, the breath becomes a guide, helping us return home to ourselves.

Soft Landing is a 60-minute, trauma-sensitive breathwork experience for high anxiety, panic attacks, and that constant feeling of living in fight-or-flight.
If your mind races, your chest feels tight, or your body feels like it can’t fully relax, you don’t have to push through it here. This session is designed to help your system downshift and remember: you are safe in this moment.
Together, we’ll use gentle, guided breathing, grounding, and nervous system regulation techniques, with a focus on retraining your breathing patterns. When anxiety is high, the breath often becomes shallow, fast, or unconsciously held which can keep the body’s alarm system switched on. By practicing slower, fuller breathing and a steady exhale, we send your brain and body a clear signal of safety, helping activate the calming branch of your nervous system.
You’ll be supported the entire way with choice-based options to slow down, pause, or rest whenever you need. Most people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more anchored, with simple tools they can use the next time anxiety rises.
