Book a Session

Pre and Post Session Recommendations

 

PRE :

  • I suggest that you don’t eat or drink a lot within the hour or two prior to your session.

  • Empty your bladder as you most likely won’t want to use the bathroom during your session.

  • Dress in comfortable layers as your body temperature may change throughout your session.

POST :

  • Drink lots of water.

  • Take an epsom salt bath.

  • Be easy on yourself, it is common to become extra emotional and have vivid dreams throughout the days or week following your session.

  • Write your thoughts down in a journal.

  • Continue to allow your emotions to arise more freely.
