This summer, escape with me to the heart of Italy, where an enchanting farmhouse awaits you right on the border of Tuscany and Umbria! Connect deeply with the beauty of the land, indulge in nourishing meals crafted with love from local farms and ancient olive groves. Here you will ground yourself, reconnect with your body, and engage in practices rooted in meaningful storytelling. My mission is to craft a week filled with relaxation, self-discovery, and meaningful connection, where women come together to uplift and inspire each other through shared experiences and open hearts.

I believe that dedicating time to yourself is the greatest expression of self-love. I am dedicated to providing a nurturing, supportive space for you to fully embrace this journey.

On this retreat you will awaken the powerful Goddess within you as we explore practices designed to nurture both body and soul. Each day begins with breathwork and yoga sessions crafted to align your energy, restore balance, and prepare you for the day’s magic.! As the sun sets, unwind with evening meditations and gratitude journaling, reflecting on the day’s experiences.

Hot Springs in Tuscany -

We will visit he calciferous formations, waterfalls and small pools of hot water surrounded by the woods just outside the small town of Bagni San Filippo in the Val d'Orcia will seem to take you to another world. At the bottom of these pools, you'll find a rich deposit of thermal mud that is excellent for face and body masks so you can sit down, cover yourself in mud and enjoy the natural beauty treatment!

Yoga

There will be two different yoga practices offered, Yin Yoga and Restorative Gentle Yoga. These classes will take place in the mornings and evenings. Yin Yoga invites you to delve deep into stillness, allowing you to surrender to each pose for extended periods, nurturing your connective tissues and fostering profound relaxation. Alternatively, immerse yourself in the soothing embrace of Restorative Gentle Yoga, where props cradle your body in gentle poses, encouraging deep release and restoring harmony to body and mind.

Sound Healing -

Experience deep relaxation during a sound bowl session. Surrounded by the rolling hills and tranquil beauty of the Italian countryside, the soothing vibrations of the bowls will guide you into a meditative state, helping you release tension and restore inner harmony. Let the calming sounds wash over you as you connect with the peaceful energy of the land, leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply at ease.

Explore Medieval Villages -

Few are familiar with the secret gems of Umbria, a region where charming villages and quaint towns are tucked into the rolling hills of central Italy. These hidden corners are, without question, among the most picturesque in the country. We will explore the culture and take in the beauty!

Arezzo Antiques Fair -

The Arezzo Antiques Fair is the oldest in Italy: established in 1968 thanks to the efforts of the antiques dealer and collector Ivan Bruschi, it was the first antiques event to regularly take place every month, boasting a long and solid success over time.

Meditation -

You’ll have the opportunity to engage in three or more guided meditations in serene, picturesque locations, each designed to help you quiet your mind, deepen your self-awareness, and cultivate a profound sense of inner peace. If you are flying in to Perugia, a taxi is your best method of transport to come to us and is around 90 euros from the taxi rank.
Train transfer from all other airports is quite easy, and we can help you with tickets and directions.

Jessica Jane

Jessica Jane, the visionary Founder of Thyme For Healing, is committed to helping women awaken their authentic selves. With five years in the corporate technology sector and a decade running her family's medical transport company, she experienced severe burnout that deeply affected her health and well-being. This pivotal moment led her back to her lifelong practice of meditation, which became her path to recovery.

Through deepening her meditation and breathwork practices, Jessica found healing and felt a powerful calling to share these transformative tools with others. She became a certified Breathwork Coach, Reiki Master, and Freedom Formula Coach, driven to help other women overcome their challenges the way these practices saved her.

Jessica now empowers women to reclaim their true identities through Breathwork, Meditation, and cultivating deep self-love. She guides them on journeys of personal rediscovery, spiritual awakening, and inner peace, helping them break free from limitations and embrace lives of fulfillment and purpose.

Yoga Teacher

Leela Sivakami

Leela Sivakami is a certified Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga instructor living in Monmouth County. She believes that when one begins practicing yoga, there is nowhere in one's life that it does not exist. Her personal practice is deeply spiritual and introspective, using meditation, ritual, breathwork, and asana together to create a complete practice.

She guides all levels and ages of people in her classes, from children to seniors, beginners to fellow teachers. Her love of yoga and spirituality is apparent on and off the mat, in every aspect of her life. She is a seeker and through her classes, encourages others to look within themselves for clarity, guidance, healing, and answers through the exploration of their own yoga practice and other spiritual practices.

Her classes are open to all who seek a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them. Whether you're just starting your yoga journey or seeking to deepen your existing practice, Leela's classes offer a welcoming space for growth and exploration.
