I just wanted to thank you again for class, I have been practicing the breath work… used it in yoga, exercise class, while relaxing, before bed, upon rising and I must say I feel a tremendous shift in my PTSD symptoms.

I had the pleasure of taking the sonic neural breath, work workshop last month, and it revealed so much. Jessica is a beautiful facilitator and creator of sacred space as well as a nurturing teacher. Thank you so much to Jessica for providing a safe container to delve into the work I wanted to do and a method of accessing hidden information within me and bringing it to the surface so that I can address it. I highly recommend Jessica’s workshops if you are somebody who is interested in having a better understanding of self and a stronger connection to those around you.
