As a Certified Breathwork Coach, Freedom Formula Life Coach, and Reiki Master Teacher, I blend nervous system regulation, energy healing, and subconscious reprogramming to support emotional release, radical self-love, and lasting growth.

Before stepping into this path, I spent years in corporate tech. I was working in New York City and on my way into the World Trade Center on 9/11. That moment marked the beginning of a deep unraveling. A few years after leaving the tech world, I went through a divorce. In order to financially support my family, I took over my family’s medical transport business, thinking it was the only path forward at the time, acting from a place of fear and survival. That chapter left me burnt out, disconnected, and facing chronic illness. I had no idea who I was anymore.

At my lowest point, I returned to something I had learned as a child, meditation. It grounded me. And when I discovered breathwork, it cracked something open. Breath became the lifeline that reconnected me to my body, my truth, and my purpose. That’s why I believe so deeply in this work. I know what it’s like to lose yourself, and I know what it takes to find your way home.

I’m also trained in the Raindrop Technique, Usui White Light Reiki Master Teacher, Angel Reiki Master Teacher, and crystal healing. My work is a sacred blend of ancient wisdom and practical tools, rooted in deep presence and truth. I meet you where you are and walk beside you as you rise into the life you are meant to live.
