Step into an enchanting evening with Juno Lux, Founder of Haus of H, and myself for a transformative experience of
Sonic Breathwork. This Breathwork promises profound altered states, magical soundscapes, and inner healing and renewal.
Through the simple manipulation of breath, you'll tap into and elevate your consciousness. This transcendental journey allows you to access the healer within, exploring your consciousness and being beyond the confines of the thinking mind. In our Sonic Neural Breathwork practice, participants dive deep into the depths of their own consciousness, unlocking new realms of self-discovery and transformation. At the end of the session Juno will bring you back to your "in the now" state with the grounding frequencies of sound. Refreshments will be provided :)
