Dive into the depths of your emotions with Sonic Neural Breathwork. This session is designed to facilitate a profound emotional release, guiding participants through breathing patterns that unlock and release stored emotions.

With the simple manipulation of the breath, you can access the healer within.

This session may provide a transcendental experience, allowing the participant to explore their consciousness and Being beyond the thinking mind. When practicing Sonic Neural Breathwork, participants are going DEEP into the depths of their own consciousness.

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water, yoga mat and or blanket, chapstick if your lips chap easily and an eye mask - sleep masks work and so does a rolled up t-shirt. 

After the session I will provide a list of tools for you to use to begin an integration process. 

Paper and pen will be provided, but if you have a journal you may want to bring it. 

Grounding snacks and will be offered  after the session.
