Overview
This 10-day, 9-night journey through Egypt is a curated experience of presence, myth, and renewal. Guided by Amrit Sandhu and joined by two well-loved guest teachers from the Inspired Evolution podcast, this retreat is designed as a container for deep reconnection, subtle alignment, and embodied exploration.
From the silent majesty of Mount Sinai to the sacred geometries of Giza, Karnak, and Philae, each location has been selected for its resonance and depth. While the full itinerary will be revealed to registered participants closer to the date, the retreat promises a harmonic blend of ancient sites, spaciousness, and teachings held in sacred presence.
Daily practices in breath, awareness, and integration will be anchored in private and public visits to key temples and sites. The presence of our podcast guests will infuse select days with additional insight, reflection, and connection.
This is not a tourist itinerary. This is a harmonic pilgrimage — a journey inward, held by land, lineage, and shared intention. Please note the itinerary is subject to minor adjustments to honor both the flow of the group and the logistics of the journey.

With elegant rooms and serene spaces, it invites rest and presence amid the pulse of the ancient city.
Catherine Plaza hotel Mt Sinai - 1 night
Located in the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt, the town of St. Catherine lies at the foot of the Sinai High Mountains. Travelers come to visit Mount Sinai and St. Catherine’s Monastery, the oldest continuously used monastery in the world, built on the site of Moses’ burning bush.
Nile Cruise: Amwaj - 3 nights
This elegant river vessel offers a balance of comfort and sacred transit. With full-board dining, a sun deck, and quiet space for reflection, the Ammwaj moves us gently between sites as the Nile herself becomes part of the ceremony.
Sonesta Hotel in Luxor - 1 night
Set along the Nile River, this refined hotel blends modern comforts with views of Luxor’s ancient landscape. It offers a tranquil space to integrate and reflect, complete with elegant rooms, quiet gardens, and close proximity to the final sacred sites of the journey.
